Although they are known for their savory fries truck, Edibles & Essentials also has a location on Hampton in the St. Louis Hills neighborhood. The restaurant is tucked back from in a one-story location that has floor to ceiling windows and an awning that denotes the location. Additionally, the truck sits outside making it easier to find.

Once inside the restaurant it is a small room with a few tables on one side, and a counter on the other. Upon entering you order at the counter and then will have your food brought to you. Along the walls are an assortment of specialty food items visitors can buy to bring home. Visitors can sit inside, or head out to the small patio in the back where there are several tables. We typically head outside and enjoy the covered patio. Edible & Essentials has a variety of drinks, including wine and cocktails. Besides being known for their incredibly delicious fries, Edibles & Essentials is also known for their fried ribs. If you enjoy ribs then we definitely recommend checking trying their fried version. There menu changes throughout the year, but certain items such as their fries and fried ribs remain constant. Thus far we have had their charcuterie board, fried ribs, tomato salad, southwest chicken wrap, a salad, and, of course, fries. Everything we have ever had there is delicious, and the fries in particular, are fantastic. Besides the tasty food, we always enjoy the relaxed intimate atmosphere and the opportunity to enjoy a nice patio at a local restaurant.
