Aladdin’s Mediterranean Grill is located in Emory Point, just down the street from Emory University and its medical campus. As its name suggests, Aladdin’s serves what people often associate with Mediterranean cuisine, specifically hummus, falafel, shawarma, kabobs, kofta, and the like.

Aladdin’s is sparsely decorated, with clean, light walls, tables, chairs, and floors. Above, Persian rug-esque ceiling tiles give the space a bit of color and whimsy. Patrons can order their food at the counter in the front of the restaurant and then seat themselves. Overall, Aladdin’s feels light and airy.

Aladdin’s menu features a number of delicious appetizers, salads, and entrees. Appetizers include their takes on hummus, tabouleh, stuffed grape leaves, and baba ghanouj, while their entrees include chicken shawarma, falafel, and a variety of kabobs, both on their own and in sandwiches. Our party ordered a variety of dishes, and each person enjoyed his or her meal, commenting on the fresh ingredients and tasty flavors. Aladdin’s prices on all of this food are also quite reasonable.

Aladdin's 2

We enjoyed Aladdin’s Mediterranean Grill and would certainly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Middle Eastern cuisine. For those who would like to try Aladdin’s, there is also a location in Sandy Springs.
