A seemingly small-sized-museum has a massive collection of miniatures at the Miniature Museum of Greater St. Louis. The museum is located in the Bevo neighborhood across the street from the Bevo mill in an old furniture store. From the outside the museum appears to be just another store front in a two story brick building, but the small green awning notes the Miniature Museum.

Inside the first room are miniature items for purchase for those who have their own doll house collections. The next room is filled with tables of miniature houses that are each unique and decorated with complementary miniature decor. Visitors can then walk to the second floor to explore even more creative miniature houses. There is a large assortment of housing styles and types, providing a nice variety. We recently visited the museum for a large group event and everyone spent around an hour exploring the vast array of miniature collections and found the museum to be unique and fun.
