Right off of highway 78 in Kutztown, PA is Pinnacle Ridge Winery. The winery is located in a large red barn that is nestled in the hills. Inside the barn there is a tasting room filled with wine barrels and bar tops for wine tastings. The overall decor of the tasting room is based on highlighting the barn and wine barrels.

Per our usual, when we visited Pinnacle Ridge Winery we participated in a wine tasting to sample an array of Pinnacle Ridge’s wines. Although we typically enjoy red wines, Austrian and German white wines are some of our favorite wines and Pinnacle Ridge Winery offers a variety. We enjoyed each of the wines, but our favorite was the Grüner Veltliner, which we liked so much we purchased a bottle of it. Overall, we both were excited for the nice wines Pinnacle Ridge Winery offers.
