STL Restaurant Week – Day 4
Bailey’s Range is part of the St. Louis Bailey’s Restaurants. The Bailey’s Restaurants are focused on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, as well as featuring local St. Louis craft breweries. Each of the Bailey’s Restaurants has a different focus, but Bailey’s Range is centered around burgers and shakes. Bailey’s Range is located in downtown St. Louis in an old red brick and stone loft building that has large arched multi-story windows and ornate architecture. Inside visitors are greeted to open and airy industrial space that is connects to the second floor. The walls are decorated in bright colors, and the decor consists of rustic light fixtures, exposed pipes, and various window frames hanging from the ceiling. Visitors can sit downstairs along the bar or the long table that stretches throughout the restaurant, or upstairs in the lofted space.

We both enjoyed Bailey’s when we visited in the past and since we just returned to St. Louis we decided to head back to grab a bit to eat. As stated, Bailey’s Range is known for burgers, and has an assortment of artisan burgers, as well as make your own burgers. Bailey’s also has an array of handmade sodas and ice creams to create shakes. When we visited we both got a burger and built them to our personal preference, as well as a basket of fries that come with an assortment of tasting dips. Both of us liked our tasty fries and the burgers, which were quite tasty and refreshing. Overall, we both enjoyed the setting and food at Bailey’s Range.
