STL Restaurant Week – Day 3
We recently had the pleasure of visiting Grbic, a restaurant focused on Bosnian cuisine, with highlights from the broader region. Grbic is located in the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis in a nice brick structure. The front of Grbic is a nice covered outdoor patio decorated with plants. The inside is decorated with arched brick, wood vaulted ceilings, and images of the Bosnian coast. In the back room there is a fireplace decorated with photos and items that would be inside a farm home to create a rustic feel.

Upon arriving we started with different Bosnian wines and the appetizer cevapi. The wines were quite flavorful and the cevapi dish was delicious. Afterwards, we ordered the sarma and Wiener schnitzel, which were both quite tasty. The presentation was simple, but elegant, and the flavors were well-done. Throughout the meal, the service was great, and the atmosphere was lovely. Overall, we both enjoyed our meals and the dining experience at Grbic.
