St. Louis City is full of beautiful parks, and Carondelet Park is one of those parks. Carondelet Park is located in South City St. Louis in between the neighborhoods of Carondelet, Holly Hills, and Boulevard Heights. The park is the third largest park in St. Louis City, and has a variety of attractions for visitors including, playgrounds, athletic fields, tennis courts, horseshoe pits, fishing, a recreation center, pool, boat house, and a historic home on the park property, as well as several pavilions. During the summer, the park has a variety of different concerts for visitors to enjoy, as well as the Strange Folk Festival, a festival with various crafts.

Carondelet is full of hills and a couple lakes, providing a lovely natural setting. Throughout the park there are paved trails, which are ideal for biking, running, or walking. We recently visited Carondelet Park and spent the afternoon walking along the trails and running through the hills.
