Since the weather in St. Louis has been fairly nice we have been trying to visit as many parks as possible to get a little fresh air at, as well as scope out as a workout facility. Lindenwood Park is located down the street from Ted Drewes in the Lindenwood Park neighborhood. The park has a playground, a roller skating rink, tennis courts, baseball fields, soccer fields, a pavilion, and a a little section that is comprised of rolling grassy hills and large trees. Although the park is not overly large, it is frequently used with. The park is often utilized for sports, picnics, or neighborhood events, such as summer concert or seasonal festivals. The seasonal events ensure local, fun activities for the neighborhood throughout the year, as well as the opportunity to be in nature. Recently we brought our dinner with us to Lindenwood Park to have a small picnic dinner and then utilized the park for an interval workout and had a nice time taking in the fresh air and the nature a city park provides.
