Ingredients:
Chicken Breasts
Potatoes (4-6)
Olive Oil
Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Rosemary, & Thyme (to taste)
Garlic Powder (to taste)
Parmesan & Asiago
Sauce Ingredients:
1 cup Chicken Broth
Flour (as needed)
Chopped Garlic (2-4 cloves)
Basil, Oregano, & Thyme (to taste)
1/2 cup Parmesan
First, chop up chicken and place it in a skillet with olive oil. Sprinkle in your seasonings (Basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, rhyme, & garlic) to ensure the chicken soaks up all the flavor. While the chicken is cooking, cut the potatoes into small slices. And add to the skillet pan. Again sprinkle in more seasoning to the pan to ensure both the chicken and the potatoes are flavored. While the food is cooking, in a separate pan pour in 1 cup chicken broth, garlic, basil, oregano, rosemary, and thyme. Slowly add in the flour until it is at a thickness you like. Afterwards, add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese to make a delicious cheesy cream sauce. When the cream sauce is heated up and thick, and the chicken and potatoes are fully cooked, pour the sauce into the pan with the chicken to coat it in the sauce. Once you serve it up, sprinkle Parmesan and Asiago on top! The meal was flavorful, warm, and quite good.
