A popular New York spot that recently opened this year is DŌ, Cookie Dough Confections right by Washington Square Park and NYU on LaGuardia. It has become extremely popular leading to exceedingly long lines (people have said they waited at least 30 minutes), but we happened to come at the perfect time and waited only a couple minutes. As the name suggests, they offer a variety of flavors of cookie dough, without the fear of salmonella. We got a couple different flavors and found them to be fun and tasty. The cookie dough is delicious, but rich, so make sure you take a lid that DŌ provides visitors with. We each ordered the smallest helping and couldn’t finish since it is quite sweet so we ended up putting the lids on and then were able to have it two times afterwards. The extras provided us with a couple extra days of sweet treats. We enjoyed our visit to DŌ and found it to be a fun afternoon activity in NYC.
