We loved Bulgar, tomatoes, and anything fresh! This recipe is based off Mediterranean Tabbouleh, but our own version of it.

Ingredients:

1 cup of Bulgar

Olive oil

Half a Cucumber

2 Tomatoes

Fresh Parsley

4 Green Onions

1/4 Lemon

Pepper

Feta Cheese (or goat)

Begin by cooking the bulgar. While the bulgar is cooking, dice up the cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, an onions. Once the bulgar is finished cooking, place in the bowl the bulgar and then drizzle olive oil on top. Afterwards add the cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, and green onions. Next, sprinkle pepper into the dish to taste, squeeze the lemon into it, and then add as much feta cheese as you would like. Afterwards stir everything together and you are left with a healthy, and very refreshing dish!
